Policy for Exchanges
Unopened, undamaged and unused items can be exchanged only at the store from which you originally bought it, only during a period of 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase. Such exchange may only be processed against the original invoice for that product, which you are required to produce as proof of purchase. The exchange will be processed solely at the discretion of the Company. Please note that we do not exchange any products that have been opened, damaged, or tampered with or are without their complete packaging, including inserts, price tags and outer cartons.
Gift boxes and discounted items cannot be exchanged or returned once sold, regardless of the circumstances.

Policy for Gifts with Purchase & Offer Periods
GWPs and offers are run at the sole discretion of House of Ameyam and can be stopped, removed, discontinued, edited or revoked at any time without prior intimation.
While we strive to ensure that every customer's order is fulfilled, unfortunately, sometimes the stock of gifts runs short. We cannot guarantee the availability of gifts for every purchase during the GWP or offer period. In the event that a gift is unavailable, our store staff will not be able to fulfil special requests for the item. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to check availability during your visit, prior to your purchase.
During promotional offer periods, Member of House of Ameyam will not accrue on transactions. You may still redeem points or coupons that are already in your account, but points on the differential value paid for that transaction are not applicable.
